2. Geltungsbereich
Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen gelten für alle Bestellungen, die Verbraucher über den Online-Shop von Rolf Schröter tätigen.
Verbraucher ist jede natürliche Person, die ein Rechtsgeschäft zu privaten Zwecken abschließt.
3. Angebot und Vertragsschluss
Die im Online-Shop dargestellten Produkte (Bücher in Kleinstauflage im Selbstdruck, originale Zeichnungen und Holzdrucke) stellen kein rechtlich bindendes Angebot dar, sondern eine Aufforderung zur Bestellung.
Mit Anklicken des Buttons „Jetzt kaufen“ gibt der Kunde ein verbindliches Angebot zum Abschluss eines Kaufvertrags ab. Der Vertrag kommt zustande, sobald der Verkäufer die Bestellung per E-Mail bestätigt oder die Ware versendet.
4. Preise und Versandkosten
Alle angegebenen Preise sind Endpreise.
Versandkosten werden im Warenkorb nach Eingabe der Lieferadresse berechnet und gesondert ausgewiesen.
Sollte ein Versand an die angegebene Adresse nicht möglich sein, wird dies im Bestellprozess angezeigt.
5. Zahlung
Die Zahlung erfolgt über WooCommerce Payments.
Im Bestellprozess stehen folgende Zahlungsarten zur Verfügung:
Kreditkarte
Klarna (z. B. Rechnung, Ratenkauf oder Sofortzahlung – je nach Verfügbarkeit)
Direktüberweisung
Die Abwicklung der Zahlungen erfolgt über den Zahlungsdienstleister
Stripe, Inc. im Rahmen von WooCommerce Payments.
Bei Auswahl der Zahlungsart Klarna gelten ergänzend die Nutzungsbedingungen des jeweiligen Zahlungsanbieters. Die Verfügbarkeit einzelner Zahlungsarten kann abhängig vom Land und von einer Bonitätsprüfung sein.
Mit Auswahl der jeweiligen Zahlungsart erklärt sich der Kunde mit den Bedingungen des Zahlungsdienstleisters einverstanden.
6. Lieferung
Die Lieferung erfolgt an die vom Kunden angegebene Adresse.
Lieferzeiten werden im Shop angegeben. Sollte ein Produkt nicht verfügbar sein, wird der Kunde unverzüglich informiert.
7. Eigentumsvorbehalt
Die Ware bleibt bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung Eigentum des Verkäufers.
8. Widerrufsrecht
Verbrauchern steht das gesetzliche Widerrufsrecht zu.
Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt 14 Tage ab Erhalt der Ware.
Zur Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts genügt eine eindeutige Erklärung per E-Mail oder Post an die oben genannte Adresse.
Die gesetzlichen Regelungen zu Widerruf, Rücksendung und Erstattung gelten.
9. Gewährleistung
Es gelten die gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsrechte.
Bei originalen Zeichnungen und Holzdrucken können geringfügige Abweichungen (z. B. in Farbe oder Struktur) auftreten, die keinen Mangel darstellen, sofern sie handwerklich bedingt sind.
10. Schlussbestimmungen
Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts.
Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen dieser AGB unwirksam sein, bleibt die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen unberührt.

2. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via Rolf Schröter’s online shop.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for private purposes.
3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The products displayed in the online shop (self-published books in very small print runs, original drawings and woodblock prints) do not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the “Buy now” button, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is concluded as soon as the seller confirms the order by email or dispatches the goods.
4. Prices and delivery charges
All prices quoted are final prices.
Delivery charges are calculated in the shopping basket after the delivery address has been entered and are shown separately.
If delivery to the specified address is not possible, this will be indicated during the ordering process.
5. Payment
Payment is processed via WooCommerce Payments.
The following payment methods are available during the ordering process:
Credit card
Klarna (e.g. invoice, instalment plan or instant payment – subject to availability)
Direct bank transfer
Payments are processed via the payment service provider
Stripe, Inc. as part of WooCommerce Payments.
If the Klarna payment method is selected, the terms and conditions of the respective payment provider also apply. The availability of individual payment methods may depend on the country and a credit check.
By selecting the relevant payment method, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions of the payment service provider.
6. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery times are specified in the shop. Should a product be unavailable, the customer will be informed immediately.
7. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.
8. Right of withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear statement sent by email or post to the above address is sufficient.
The statutory provisions regarding withdrawal, returns and refunds apply.
9. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
In the case of original drawings and woodblock prints, minor variations (e.g. in colour or texture) may occur which do not constitute a defect, provided they are due to the nature of the craftsmanship.
10. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Should any individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected
