Apfelblüten

Ein paar Kilometer von Belzig im Fläming stehen am Rand eines Weges zwischen Feldern Apfelbäume. Dieser ist schief, ein großer Ast in Bodennähe ist mit Moos und Flechten bewachsen. Einige Zweige daran sind ebenfalls bewachsen, oder die Rinde ist weg und das bleiche Holz sichtbar. Andere Zweige sind glatt und tragen Blätter, große weiße Blüten und kleine rote Knospen.

A few kilometres from Belzig in Fläming, there are apple trees on the edge of a path between fields. This one is leaning, a large branch near the ground is overgrown with moss and lichen. Some of the branches are also overgrown, or the bark is gone and the pale wood is visible. Other branches are smooth and bear leaves, large white blossoms and small red buds.
