Am unteren Kemptner Tobel zweigt eine Ableitung vom Bach ab, die früher die Zuleitung zur Druckwasserleitung der Wasserkraftanlage der Weberei Guyer und Flachsmann versorgte. Heute ist das verrostete Schott so eingestellt, das das Wasser zurück in den Bach fliest und der Kanaltrog ist teils eingefallen, Laub liegt am Grund und Moos wächst auf dem Beton. | At the lower Kemptner Tobel, a drain branches off from the stream, which used to feed the pressurised water pipe of the hydropowerplant of the Guyer and Flachsmann weaving mill. Today, the rusted bulkhead has been adjusted so that the water flows back into the stream and the channel trough has partially collapsed, leaves lie at the bottom and moss grows on the concrete.
Auf dem Industriepfad Zürcher Oberland laufe ich an einigen Wasserfällen vorbei. Am Wissenbach sind es drei, am Mittleren bleibe ich und zeichne. | I walk past several waterfalls on the Zürcher Oberland industrial trail. There are three at the Wissenbach stream, and I stay and draw at the middle one.
