Krumme Lanke

Sonntagnachmittag- wahrscheinlich da ja sonst nicht soviel zu machen ist, sind am Westufer der ‘Krummen Lanke’ jede Menge Spaziergänger. In der Nähe des Südufers kann man noch ans Wasser, weiter nördlich ist seeseits ein Zaun am Weg und viel Schilf am Ufer. Ich hocke zwischen Baumstämmen und schaue nach Südosten, die Sonne ist schon vor Vier untergegangen und die Farben verschwinden nach und nach.

Sunday afternoon – probably because there is not much else to do – there are lots of walkers on the west bank of the ‘Krumme Lanke’. Near the south shore you can still reach the water, further north there is a fence along the path and lots of reeds on the shore. I squat between tree trunks and look south-east, the sun has already set before four and the colours are gradually fading.
