Die Veranstaltung hat kraftvoll daran erinnert, dass eine entschlossene und nachhaltige Unterstützung der Ukraine nicht nur für das Schicksal der mutigen Menschen in der Ukraine, sondern für die Freiheit von ganz Europe entscheidend ist. Jetzt mehr denn je! Bei den morgigen Wahlen bekommt eine Partei wie ‘die Linke’, die sich bei diesem Themen hinter feigen Worthülsen (… “keine Waffen in Kriegs- und Krisengebiete”) versteckt, meine Stimme sicher nicht. Eine glaubwürdige und mutige und humanistische linke Partei würde ich gerne wählen. Verdammt.
The event was a powerful reminder that resolute and sustained support for Ukraine is crucial not only for the fate of the courageous people of Ukraine, but for the freedom of Europe as a whole. Now more than ever! In tomorrow’s elections, a party like ‘Die Linke’, which hides behind cowardly phrases (… “no weapons to war and crisis zones”) on this issue, will certainly not get my vote. I would gladly vote for a credible, courageous and humanistic left-wing party. Damn.
